  1. The crust and mantle (the outermost divisions/layers of the Earth) both have magma in them, but they aren't filled with it.  The core has an inner solid layer, but also has an outer liquid layer....so there is a part of the interior of the earth that is in fact filled with a liquid you might call magma (the composition would be very different than typical magma).  So, depending on how you look at it, the answer could be yes.  One part of the Earth's interior is filled with magma, so if that's what you meant, then the answer is yes.  If you meant the *entire* interior, then the answer is no (and then, of course, you have to decide where "interior" ends and "exterior" begins).

  2. Yes.The layers between mandril and asthenosphere is filled with magma like the liquid between our brain and skull. This will help to some unwanted shaking to be transmitted through the entire planet.

  3. No

Earth is not filled with magma inside. There is no permanent bank of magma inside the earth.

(1)Due to  high pressure and temperature conditions the "solid" crust/mantle acquire properties or behave as " fluid" locally.

    (2) Due to high temperature geochemical transformations under sudden decrease in high pressure conditions  in  lower crust and upper mantle magma is formed which due to buoyancy rises upwards through weak zones.

  4. the earth is fragmented into layers. the outer layer being the crust, the layer benieth being the mantle, outer core and the inner core. the mantle is not magma, it is neither solid or liquid and contains a high ammount of olivine and silica, while the outer core is molten iron and the inner core is silid iron and nickel. Magma is created when one plate subducts benieth another, it melts due to friction and becomes buoyant and  it collects into magma chambers of volcanoes and eventually builds up over time untill the volcano erupts. however magma can be created in another way, at constructive plate boundaries( where two plates pull appart) magma rises.
