Are you asking if the insurance industry is incredibly lucrative?  If so, the answer is, "Yes, but only if you are the exceptional success your manager wishes you to become."

The business is hard, hard, hard.  That is why the rewards can be so great for the people who stay with us.  I continually have to ask people to come into the industry.  So many people quit, quit, quit.

I, personally, am interested in people who will stick out the tough times.
