Is the italian people the best in the world???

What is the purpose of asking this question?  I've met one or two Italians or Italian descended people but I don't evaluate a whole peoples from those two.  

I could give you reasons why I really appreciate British people; namely, the ones I got to know were very gracious and hospitable to me.  I attend a church which consists of people who speak Mandarin and other languages, many of them are such wonderful people and very generous.

To answer your question honestly, I would say that I don't know but I suspect the answer might be either yes, no, or some of them are.

NO! no culture is better than the next, but there are things to be appreciated in each.  italian men are sxy and italian food is great! lol  among other things
