Is the keylogger gone?

A couple days ago my account was hacked into by a keylogger, So i scanned with AVG Anti-spyware 7.5 which discovered a trojan and a backdoor program i deleted both of them. Then i rescanned my computer using AVG Anti-spyware again along with 4 other programs like Spyboy Search and destroy, Superantispyware , Ad-aware and McAfee. The programs didn't find the trojan or backdoor again , only cookies. So am i safe? Or is the keylogger hiding? , What do you think?

I know i had one, and i just finished getting rid of stuff in my registry and so on, i had Perfect Keylogger, and now im using spybot search and destroy to scan for it again and again and i havent found it since, is Spybot Search and Destroy reliable when it comes to keyloggers? thanks
