    I would say your name is defiantley Irish but has probably been anglicised a bit to make it easier to pronounce.

  9. I think it is Irish! Most Irish people have Mc-something or O' something. German,Russians and stuff kid of end with "vich" or something in that nature but the don't start with "Mc", unless he/she is half german and irish than they are Both!!
