I think it is Norwegian! It doesn't really sound like a German name!!

If it is spelled Jøkurland, then its Norwegian. Norwegian doesn't have the letters 'oe' together. Instead they use the letter Ø. So if it really is 'oe' then it must be German, but it sounds more Norwegian.

i have surched and cant fine one single  thing   or u shure it spelt correct   looks like the first  part  is joe  could this be a first and last name i cant back any thing up but is sounds Norwegian
