Is the law regarding soliciting the same for men as it is women?

Rajan-I should've maybe made it clearer. I'm asking if male s*x workers(rent boys), get charged with soliciting the same as their female counterparts.

Unfortunately man does not solicit but forces himself upon the woman and is called 'molestation' or 'rape' since he is supposed to be more powerful physically than woman.
