Or go to gmpte.org.uk which is the transport authority for the region, there will be a phone number there for you to ring.

The address you are after is just off the A577, so I'm sure there would be a bus route running along it. It might be faster for you to get a train to Wigan and catch a bus as the same road runs right between both their train stations.
