  1. There are loads of conspiracies that say any number of things.  It doesn't make it true.

I think common sense tells us that is is not rigged.

We know the odds of winning are insane.  Here in the US, the two big lotteries are over 150 million to one against winning.  In recent years, both lotteries added extra numbers to make it harder to win.  Big rollovers generate a ticket buying frenzy and this ultimately raises money for charity, kind of the whole idea.

But the reason I don't think it is rigged is because of human nature.  It would take dozens of people to rig the lottery.  Bribes here and there.  The prize being awarded to a certain person, who had to pretend they won, and then give some or all of the money back.

Because human nature is what it is, someone at some point would get mad about something and go to the media.  It would be a massive national scandal and the public would demand justice.

The fact that the lottery has been going for so long, and no one has ever come forward with credible proof of cheating, I just don't think it is.  With so much money on the line, it's just too hard to believe that a secret like this would remain a secret for so long.

  2. The lottery doesn need to be rigged, it already has an astronomically huge house edge, and millions and millions of bets gogin on every day, it rakes in hoards of money, why would they rig it when it already works just fine?  They make their big payouts and they STILL make millions ontop of them.

but if by rigged you meaa a system designed to collect money unknowingly from users, yes it coudl be said about the lottery since most people have little knowledg of odds and probibilities, and the huge hosue edge woudl be "unknown to them"

  3. heck to tha yah...no way its real random drawing. Becasue they sometimes change the numbers after they called it and what does that mean?? that too many people won and they dont wanna give all that money away. so my opinion is: Yeah.its rigged

  4. there is a 1 in 1000000 chance you will win.so that means no
