Is the lousy future weather forecast for the Delaware Beaches from 7/21 to 7/24 a Hurricane Bertha prediction?

I'm on vacation that week and the 15 day forecast looks abnormal for that time of year.

Should not be.  There is no indication that Hurricane Bertha will affect that area.  It will have turned northeast and is expected to remain well out to sea.

No.  Hurricane bertha is way out to sea, on the other side of bermuda.  It will stay east of bermuda.  The only way bertha can affect your weather is by swells at the beach.  Any by 7/21, bertha should be long gone by then.
