Is the media causing people to cheat/divorce?

Because the media makes being in love such a perfect thing and everything is perfect but it doesn't show the fighting and the bad times and showing people making it through despite that. Is the media making people believe that a relationship is built on excitement and not TRUE love?

Its all depends upon the way people take it.

The media and society sorta makes it acceptable to cheat. It's the "cool" thing to do now among women.

The media has no control or influence over what people do.

i think lots of things cause people to cheat, media, the kinds of places and people you surround yourself with...how secure you are with yourself, (meaning, i think an insecure person is more likely to cheat)...happiness or lack there of in a marriage...but yea, i agree to a point that the media may have something to do with it...
