  1. You can go to http://miamidade.gov/wps/portal and any announcements involing the rail, people mover or buses will be there. It appears that for Tuesday, August 19, they are operating normally but I bet they are going off weekend schedules.


  2. Yes it always works, it only stops working when winds reach up to 39 miles per hour.
