  1. No.

    You can't even argue that a regular calendar costs $6 and you paid $10 and therefore you should get to claim $4.  (The same is true for buying girl scout cookies.)


  2. It can be for the amount you paid greater than the FMV.

    An example is charity auctions.  If you pay $100 for a paperweight that would sell at a retail store for $15, your charitable donation would be $85.

  5. No, and not because it's "naughty" - it's not deductible because you got something for it, namely the calendar.  If it was a calendar with pictures of churches, the answer would be the same.

  6. The charitable contribution is inversely proportional to the naughtiness.
