Is the monster Mayor getting scared?

Why is that corrupt monster Daley so afraid of honest, law abiding citizens being able to protect themselves? Is that because of his impotence at controlling the violent criminals, he feels better bullying those that won’t break the law to fight back?

Why do Chicagoans keep voting for this corrupt monster?

I doubt he's scared.  and your not making a lot of sense.  Chicagoans vote for him because of his name.
