Is the moon sign equally as important as the sun and ascendant?

I'm an Aquarius moon and I'm nothing like Aquarius. I'm not detached, aloof, or friendly. I don't even have that many friends despite my Libra sun. You know, drama. I have Mercury in Scorpio and Mars in Virgo and Scorpio Venus. Could that be why I feel nothing like my sun or moon sign? I have Saturn in Aquarius too.

For Librans, it is only suggest that these people like to socialize and they are eloquent. And that's all. It did not guaranteed that they would have lots and lots of friends. In fact, Librans appears to be cold most of the time. They do like to isolate themselves from time to time to seek their personal space.

Moon @ Aquarius also doesn't say that they would have lots of friends or even being friendly.

For Aquarius, they only appears to be friendly for they want to be the nice, approachable sweet-heart in front of people. But deep in their hearts, they are opinionated and fixed. Once they concluded, nothing can change their minds.

In moon, it would suggest that you like to be the centre of attraction at all times. You do not like to listen or believe in people who doesn't share the same thinking as you. Finding difficult to compromise to others.

To Librans, relationship is very important to them. I guess that is why you had this concerned. Saturn @ Aquarius who suggest that learn to keep an open-mind and showing affection to others are some of the key lesson you need to learn in this lifetime.

Yes, the Moon sign is a very important sign, but how it affects you will be different than the Sun and Ascendant. The Moon reflects your inner personality, how you deal with emotions, and handle your relationships. The way an Aquarius Moon will show in your personality will be different than that of the Sun. I identify strongly with my Cancer Moon, but I am still not exactly like a Cancer.
