This caused the huge amount of carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide emission and heat up the earth temperature about 1 degree C higher each year. As the global warming up temperature keep on rising, it gradually melting the ice caps and it caused the damages of the ecosystems in arctic circle as well the flood and drought in different parts of this world. Since the weather changes rapidly, it affected the harvest of food crops all over this world. This resulted the food prices go up dramatically in rice and grain. Many citizens of the developed countries are screaming on the inflationary food prices and, particularly many infants in the poor African countries can't afford to eat and awaiting to die.

It contributed to the 45% of the Hong Kong black sky according to the Green Peace and WHO's  reports. The sea transportation vehicles are still using the bunger fuel of the lowest and cheapest grade diesel fuel and no one can stand for its choaking and smelling smog in the harbour fronts. Hong Kong has a car capacity of greater than 400 per km. Hong Kong has recorded with more than 10 million clinical visits just in the year of 2007 for the air pollution affected chronicle diseaes of asthma, heart and lung. According the the medical experts and the Li Ka Shing Medical Centre, University of Hong Kong. A tiny city with only close to 7 million population is a warning sign for the public health cost and problem.
