  1. Wait no more than 72 hours to take the pill.  You can get them through Planned Parenthood under the age of 18 without parental consent.  Do not wait for a pregnancy test to prove anything... It won't show results soon enough.

  2. You won't be able to tell you are pregnant two days after intercourse.  And if you wait until tomorrow you won't be able to take the morning after pill.  Call the pharmacy or planned parenthood right away.

By the way, the morning after pill won't induce an abortion, that is the abortion pill, something entirely different.

  3. You take the morning after pill if you have unprotected s*x. Within 72 hours. It is designed for broken condoms, one night stands etc. You must be over 18 to get it OTC, but you can go to a doctor or planned parenthood and get it by prescription.

Most pregnancy tests will not show a positive for 1-2 weeks.

Remember, the morning after pill is not an abortion, it stops you from getting pregnant.

  4. You can get the morning after pill if you're over 18 by just walking in. Otherwise you need a prescription which you can get by calling Planned Parenthood and they'll write you one (without parental consent). However, its only effective within the first 72 hours after having unprotected s*x and its most effective within the first 48 hours. Also, the earliest a pregnancy test will show whether or not you are pregnant is 5 days before your missed period (first response pregnancy test). Otherwise  you have to wait at least a week after your missed period for it to show on an ept.

Also, if you're going to be sexually active invest in condoms (at the minimum) and birth control (again contact Planned Parenthood if you aren't willing to talk to your parents).

  5. yeah it is but they make you take a pregnancy test first to make sure your not pregnant because it could harm the baby

  6. what do you mean by "test"?

pregnancy test? there is no way you can know if you are pregnant in two days.

you have 72hrs to take the pill and have a chance of it being effective. Since you are under 18, you need a prescription from a health care provider but it can be confidential.

    got get it FAST!

  7. You can't take a pregnancy test two days after s*x and expect it to be accurate. Pregnancy simply doesn't happen that fast. Two weeks after s*x is the very earliest.

You can't take the morning-after pill after you've confirmed pregnancy and expect it to work. It is not an abortion pill. It has to be taken before ovulation or implantation, or IT will not work. And it has to be taken within 72 hours of intercourse, not weeks after.

You have to be over 18 to buy the morning-after pill over-the-counter in the U.S. Otherwise you'll need a doctor's prescription. The time window for the morning-after pill is closing fast.

If you know so little about pregnancy and contraception, you have no business having s*x at all. This isn't a game.

  8. I think you need to go to a gyn so they can prescribe it to you or get some one older than 18 buy it for you.

  9. I know that if you try to get the morning after pill at a drug store or pharmacy you must be 18 and they will ask for I.D. But im not sure about a Doctors office. Call you local health Dept and they will be able to answer this for you. Dont not wait do this ASAP because  you can only take the pill within 48 hours of when you belive you could have become pregnant. I do know in most states you can get on birth control at your local health dept without your parents knowing. So you should really look into this.
