  1. Its just like the movie, you so have to go

  2. It is absolutely NOT worth the money. It is, as has already been said, a tourist trap.

Paris is one of the great music venues in the world. Jazz seems more appreciated in Paris than in most cities in its American birthplace. Places like the Slow Club, 7 Lezards, Aux Trois Mailletz, Club Lionel Hampton, Duke of Lombards, and Le Petit Journal are all fantastic. Pick anyone of them.

  3. What else is their worth doing in Paris?! You're in the city with possibly the greatest collection of art in the world! Not to mention...boat trip down the Seine. Eiffel tower to go up. Shopping!

  4. I would roam the streets, the great gardens they have, or if you are an art lover go to Musée d’Orsay. They have the best impressionist collection there - ever!

  5. leaving and going to Barcelona.

  6. Yes, definitely go to Barcelona. Paris is ok if you only want to see art, suffer long queues to go up the Eiffel Tower and the stink of the Seine.

  7. The Moulin Rouge used to be a great caberet about 100 years ago. These days it is for tourists, you will not find many parisiens in the audience - or the show!

Try the Lapin Agile, much more authentic, also in Montmatre.

Paris has loads to do, museums, art, Sacre Coeur, resturants, cafes, shops.

I have been loads of times, still want to go back, and I have been nowhere near the Eifel Tower. For an excellent view of Paris, go to the roof top of Gallery Lafayette. You can use the cafe there or just marvel at the sights.
