Is the movie "Taken" on DVD yet?(2008)?

Not the series, the one with Liam Neeson. It was released in France earlier this year. I know it doesn't come out in the U.S until next year but it's on a lot of movie websites.

Since it isnt even in the theaters in the US or Canada yet, it wont be available on DVD here til well after that.   If it is available now on DVD, it will be from a different region, and therefore not playable on most DVD players sold in the US or Canada, unless specifically region-free.   Those kinds of players tend to be expensive tho, so most people dont have them

yes it is out on dvd... i watched it last week
