Is the mypace app on ipod touch always available, or do you have to be in a WiFi hotspot?

I know you need to be in one for Safari, but I just wanted to know.

  1. since it's an ipod touch yes you have to be in a wifi hotspot. You can only use internet apps outside of wifi if you have an iphone.
