  1. I've only met one guy named Guy in my entire life........So no, I don't think it's too common.  And no, I wouldn't name my baby that.  I see that as practically naming your baby "Hey you" or "Man" or "Boy".


  2. I haven't met anyone named "Guy" in my entire life.  I'm gonna say, no, it is not common.  Not in the USA anyway.  I don't think its a horrible name, but I can never imagine naming my son "Guy".  lol

  3. I don't think its so common the us, the only time I have ever heard that name is Madonna's husband, but I think he is from the UK. Good luck!

  6. It is kind of out of use.  Besides, would you name a daughter 'girl'?  Sort of amounts to the same thing.

  7. I've known only one person named Guy. He is an incredibly wonderful person. He is full Italian. It seems like a nickname type of name to me.

  13. It's not that popular where I live (Northeast US). I do know OF a few, but not more than I can count on my fingers.

    I wouldn't name my baby "Guy"... just because I don't really care for it. It's too short for my likings :D
