Is the name of our galaxy the Milky Way??Or is the Milky way the solar system which is one of our galaxies??

Milky way is the name of our galaxy and also the old name of it's arm Orion Arm which is far 6500 Light Year this arm is the one we see in the clear nights from south to north ( and I think everyone saw it ) .
