I need to know for sure,'cause I'll be buying a PS3 this November.Plus,are there any price drops soon?

  2. It is going to be $399 USD.  Sony announced that they are not planning any price drops as of now.  There may be some deals at Circuit city or bestbuy near/after Christmas though.
