Is the new Alice in Wonderland too old?

Mia Wasikowska is going to play Alice in Tim Burton's new AIW film, she is 18! I think Alice should be like 10. Tim Burton made a good job going book-to-film with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but i'm not sure about an 18 year old Alice!

honestly...i think tim burton needs to stop making the same film over and over again. I also thought his version of charlie and chocolate factory was pretty lame (but it had its momements). But these are my opinions.

Alice in wonderland its a pretty hard book to mess up..it has all the nutty things in it that burton would use..and dark themes as well. But im sure Burton will ruin in some how.

to me he's now the spielberg of his type of movies. He makes the same thing over and over again. Its no longer novel.
