WTF!!!!!!!?????? NO! I've seen it four times and planning for a fifth and the thought never crossed my mind. I mean, giraffes are racist, but Batman... I don't think so. At least, I don't know anyone who has seen it who even knows what you're talking about!

I don't see any racist theme in The Dark Knight. Maybe its racist to you because all you noticed is that some of the thugs were black, a corrupt Chinese accountant, a corrupt Latina cop but the villain Joker is American and he's caucasian. The movie focuses on the morals of the characters and even to the point of choosing which deserves to live the citizens of Gotham or the prisoners on the other boat. How could you say the movie was racist when the one who made the right choice first was the black prisoner? He threw the detonator away rather than save himself.

If you think its racist because of the title "dark knight" then your wrong, and that clearly shows that you've been brought up around people that are so scared of being considered racist that they have actually become racist. Its like a bad film where someone tries avoiding doing something, but by doing so they can't do anything else.. if that makes any sense.
