Is the next big quake in California happening in November? When is it?

Nothing's certain but the odds of another quake happening so soon after another one is rare. Like back with the Northridge earthquake that was quite major another one didn't happen for years. The chances of another earthquake happening  in the area after the first quake goes down to almost nonexistent after 24 hours and now the odds are low for a while. There are no tools that are able to clearly detect the month or day another earthquake would happen. It may take a year or maybe even a few or several years. Keep your earthquake kit and you should be fine.

No one can say for sure, but there was one in southern California that was 5.6, so it might be foreboding of whats to come.  They say a big one is due to happen because there have been so few since loma prieta

No one will know for sure but it probably wont be for a while since every time a major earthquake hit it was a long time before another one.

frankly speaking, it is very hard to predict the weather nowadays.

but the possibility to have the biq quake in california in november still greater because the earth plate is take quite a long time to stable when it had an earthquake.
