Is the office psychopath an extremely rare phenomenon, or bog common ?

Do big safety-critical projects ever get mucked up by having an office psychopath on board ?

I looked at the japanese anime "monster" - it reminded me of the office psychopath - "monster" was assassinating people, the office psychopath I thought of was merely assassinating any quality in the workplace and "assassinating functionalty" in a safety-critical system.

well office is functioning anyway...you taking that psycho too personal...from a point of view of your boss who actually running the show, mentioned psycho is useful...Do not contradict your boss..Interesting enough , if you insist with your loud judgment you, most likely would be in trouble first.Wanna check?
