Is the opposing team allowed to yell "JUMP" during you jumpserve in a highschool boys vollyball game?

  1. I think so because it gives good addvice to the person playing


  2. yes.  As long as they are "alerting their teammates to the serve of the opponent player"

  3. however annoying it may be, it is legal to do that

    just like the above person said, it's yelled so your teammates will be prepared to receive it.

    It's just the same as when someone calls "SHORT" or "FLOAT" or if during a rally "FREEBALL"

    they aren't, however, allowed to say c**p to the opposing team.

    lol i remember : ball was going out one time but our whole team started yelling it's good and the other team shanked it. XD

    irksome? yes, but legal
