  1. If it is a one man shop yes. Otherwise it could be anyone with a nice voice.


  2. It could be if it's a very smalll business, but could be any other staff person.

  3. I would think not, unless it's a very small company.

    The owner is usually too busy to do such tasks. I'd guess it's probably the receptionist, or perhaps the person whose job it is to set up the phone system.
