  1. you don't have to get one of those card to be verified on pay pal.. just put your bank account info and another payment source and it will be verified..

    You can also try using revolution money exchange.. I like this one lots better than pay pal.  


  2. the debit card is free.  i think they charge you 1.00 for every ATM transaction.
