  1. If you didn't want a negative response, why bother asking the question? Just say that anybody who disagrees with your position is deluded.

Instead, you ask a question and then trash answers you don't like. You must be easy to defeat in a debate.

  2. Nope.

Instead military doctors are allowed to do anything that they think will improve the odds of survival for a wounded soldier.

Why don't you at least try to get the whole story before jumping to conclusions?

  3.   look up operation Night Breaker from the 1950's it lead to the Atomic Vets Act.  That should answer your question.

  4. Well, in case you didn't know many new drug and food were gaving to soldier in try, if result is good; then they will release to mass consumer, but still has to pass animal testing.

  5. When listening to claims of this sort, you must always check where your information is coming from first.  Look at who is publishing that first article...  It is a law firm called "Total Injury."  They would have a stake in publishing anything that would support their claim.  I would not necessarily say that it is propaganda, but I would be leery of these "facts" that they claim.  Always look for alterior motives.

For example, a research study was conducted several years ago that found that the number of accidents on American roadways decreased if motorists kept their headlights on every time the car was on the road, day or night.  This of course leads to more power usage and in many cases, lights left on and batteries run down and needing to be replaced.  Can you guess who sponsored the "study?"  The battery companies of course!

This is why when people make claims, you should always look for neutrality.  Too often, results can be skewed by bias.  In this case, a personal injury law firm claims that the government is intentionally hurting troops.  If this is the case, guess who will help you settle the suit and profit from it?  Them!  You might wonder that if this is indeed a false or exaggerated claim, then how could they possibly win and/or profit from the Government?  The answer is that the government would most likely settle the claim out of court rather than fight it.  This is because the cost of fighting it, no matter how ludicrous, would be more than the cost of settling the case.  This is what the law firms are hoping for and they often get anywhere from 30-50% of the settlements.  I am not saying their article is true or not true.  Just that you should be skeptical.

  6. No they are not..

And I did not bother with your propaganda link..
