Is the person printed on a walkers brit trips ticket the only one allowed to enter with it?

Hard to explain, but when you print a Walkers brit trips ticket it says 'only _________ is allowed to enter with this ticket'. But surely, anybody should be allowed to enter with it if you are under 18 because you can't create an account.
