The average age of a Filipino is 18. Most jobs with any chance of promotion require some experience. At 18 you can't have very much experience.

No.  For those few jobs that exist in The Philippines, employers like to hire only 18-25 year olds.  They need to start hiring somebody with a brain and forget about the beauty contestants if they want their business to do better.  Let those owners and managers find a gf in the open market like everybody else and quit trying to hire-in their gf candidates.
