  1. It's not even approximately circular, since a circle is a two-dimensional figure and the earth is three-dimensional.

Technically, the earth is an oblate spheroid, which means it is a sphere that bulges around the equator. Of course, there are other irregularities, but they are at a smaller scale - e.g., mountain ridges and local bulges at low-g regions.

  2. no its like an egg   i think

  3. It's not circular, that way it would have to be flat. It's spherical, but no, it's not perfect. For example: hills, mountains, etc.

  4. No, it's flatten at the North and South Pole.

  5. The equatorial bulge makes it just 22 kms wider at the Equator than across the poles.  That’s 22 km in about 13,000.  That makes it as perfect a spheroid as any ball you will find in the sports shop.

Incidentally, why do you people talk about Earth being circular or round?  It is a sphere.  Can’t you think three-dimensionally?  You are a 3 dimensional being – you are not flat like a photo, and nor is the Earth.
