Violation Reason:Insulting Other Participants

Has yahoo really went to far with the auto response non human response they give without reading the question or answer? I know I will not get the points back and in the end will lose this account because those that I differ with politically, but are people really this thin skinned about politics that this question is insulting?

  1. Yeeees , I have 8 violations when it comes to obama.... the most recent  the question was asked.... What time does the dem convention start and I wrote... who cares I wont be watching it... BAM... VIOLATION.... I want to know why we dont get the violation e-mails anymore... I havent got one for  the last 8 violations I supposedly did... *L*

  2. its like spy -vs- spy

  3. I would have to say "Yes."  Of the three or so places I generally hang out, this is the one where pointing out facts that are to some distasteful will get you a violation notice.  Bottom line is, people here (in "Politics") are not looking for answers (as it used to be -- seems the closer we get to the elections, the worse it gets), they instead, are looking for self affirmation.  Kind of like being in high school all over again.  And no, the folks at Answers generally don't give back the points taken.

  4. The reasons your question was deleted;

    1) The Democratic trolls are afraid of Governor Palin

    and, 2) Chicago-style political tactics are showing up everywhere

  5. It's a legitimate question.  I've seen a lot worse than that in this section... especially pertaining to Obama.  Heck, they still have the spell checker coming up when you type his name.  So rude.

  6. It goes both ways, as anyone here can tell you.

    As a pro choice liberal, I get my share.

    The deleted question you cite thought isn't a complete question, would I rather have a VP that has an 80% approval rating or what? Or who?

    possibly the insult came in that portion that was left out.

    Or that you didn't complete the question which would have made it not make sense.  So someone wanted it pulled, in fact more than one someone.

    Yahoo does pay no attention at all to the actual content, and if you ask for a review they wait a few days and send you a form letter.

    Whee!

    Don't worry about points they don't cost anything and they don't buy anything.

    And yes, there are some people here who will block you if you disagree with them.  I can live with that.

  7. Some people just do not want the truth to be known, like democrats

  8. Yes, and right now it's worse than it's ever was.  The trolls with their multiple IDs are out in full force since once again, Obama isn't doing so great in the polls, the electoral college is closing the gap and Palin has nothing to go after, other than inexperience and going after her for that is silly and they know it, especially with Obama running for the Presidency.
