It is dramatization of his life, usually when we write or make movies about people we tend to add more to what actually there (sensationalism), Nietzsche was universally hated for his obsession with his sister and for being adopted by the n***s later as one of their thinkers (the superman theory), on the other hand he gave Nihilism its modern shape.
