my friend and I play habbo. But there is a programme that is called "rape habbo" and it gives you whatever you type in and how many., my friend wants to download that. Is it safe?

Nope, it's a virus. Don't download any Illegal add on or hacking/cheating software. If there happy to hack a game why wouldn't they be just as happy to hack your computer?
