  1. yes they are often called a perfect protein. However I do think drinking soy milk helps to truly complete your protein frenzy.

  2. If you think about it what is in an egg would need to be what is complete for life since the chick is made of only what is inside the egg.

If you want to become Vegetarian a good recipe for most meals can be:

1/3 Cup lentils (1/4" greenish brown or 1/8 " French)

    2/3 Cup brown rice (basmati)

1 table spoon carrot cut into 1/4" pieces

1 tea spoon dry onion flakes

1/4 tea spoon "Herbs de Provence"

1/3 tea spoon sea salt (unprocessed will all minerals)

    1 clove garlic through press

1 tea spoon rice bran oil (optional)

    2 and 1/4 cups water

Bring to boil in pint pot, boil for 45 seconds, turn down to low heat, stir with fork, cover with pot lid, cook about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Test to see if all the water is absorbed after 50 minutes by putting the fork to the botton and push a little to one side so you can see the bottom of the pot, if there is still water on the bottom, cook some more and check again.

The lentil rice goes well with two soft boiled eggs for a meal, you can also add 1/3 cup frozen peas warmed in boiling water as a side disk, and also candied yams warmed.

Tamari sauce goes well on the lental rice and eggs also!

You can also put brown rice protein powder in juce to drink with that menu for extra "Vegan" protein, and have some black beans as another side disk, and maybe add some brockely.

Raspberry sorbet  with candied apricots makes a nice finish since the other things might be a little heavy...

  3. Yes.  In fact, an egg white is considered to be the "perfect" protein upon which all other protein analysis is based.

  4. Yes. Eggs and dairy are complete animal proteins. But vegans can can get lots of protein from beans, nuts, and soya. There are lots of plant protein sources

  5. Yes.  Both dairy and eggs are a complete protein.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Complete_pr...

  6. Egg whites contain the most complete protein you can obtain from food.  Other foods are measured against egg whites.  The top of the list goes thus:  1)egg whites, 2)milk, 3)soy, 4)beef, etc.

Interesting, huh.  So, no need to eat extra starch with eggs and dairy.

  7. egg whites are pure protein, milk has both fat and protein unless its full skim.

  8. no, i think the only complete protein is soy
