Question:

Is the "Free World" legal fraternity civilised when they worship their Courts like an over-milked Holy Cow?

The legal brothers and sisters have been trained to avoid religious matters when religious persons are discriminated against both for religion and for their race and they know that their "profession" is anything but professional but purely religious as they worship each other and the Courts and display their gowns and wigs to intimidate the masses.

My US-trained lawyer-nephew claims that they are advised to drop any "client" who claims Jesus or Buddha or Muhammad or Allah like two 1000lbs bombs over Baghdad from a Fighter/Bomber.

This is the mentality of Adolph Hitler and KKK and Apartheid South Africa and are worse than Saddam Hosein in its murderous intent.

"To be honest although I respect your opinions and your personal views on religion I think you just got more carried away the more you wrote. It never was a question, but it was actually a 'rant'. If people wanted to be preached to they would attend their church/temple/mosque ... whatever ... they wouldn't participate in this YA category which is Law & Ethics, not 'Religion'; That's another category. Why don't you just relax a bit and enjoy yourself here on YA? Please don't preach to us." This is the best answer that is sneaked in by the protectors of racist and anti-religious ranters and it seems to be an Ossie Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 Answer..

Is this civilised or just illegally legal?

  1. Did you intend this to read like unintelligible babble? If so, mission accomplished.

  2. If someone has advised your nephew to drop any client who claims a religious belief, then you most certainly should assume that he follows that advice, that all lawyers receive that advice and that all lawyers follow that advice.  I wonder how we manage to get so many religious discrimination cases before the courts when no lawyer will handle them.  BTW, you still don't seem to get the concept of asking questions.  if you seek information, this is not a bad place to start looking but if you just want to be heard, there are many sites designed for that.  The concept may be difficult to comprehend, but give it a shot.
