Is the "Top of the Stretch" at the Preakness cool?

We want the infield feel w/o the absolute ridiculousness.

Yes . But remember any where where you can watch the whole race is COOL !

Yes it is a lot of fun.  I was in that section last year and had an absolute blast.  It is nice and feels like you are outside as opposed to the Grandstand, but it is much cleaner and calmer than the infield.  Plus it was a lot easier to get to things like food, alcohol, and bathrooms.

The Preakness is the best party of the Triple Crown races.  Diamond vision is the best place to watch.

the stretch is where the race begins in horse racing...any track,any time, enjoy it!
