Is the rail flyover still at Bletchley, and if so is any of it still used for trains?

  1. Yes. As Far as I understand it, it's used for occasional freight trains, re-routed empty passenger workings & engineering trains.


  2. It is still in existance and still in use, but only as a glorified siding where train are shunted out of the way or for there engines to be run around the train.

    It is in 'occasional' use (whatever that may mean). However there are constant plans to extend the 'Marston Line' as the Bletchley - Bedford service is called. Should any of these come to fruition then the flyover may see more use.
