Sorta of. As long as you don't mind that they are unhealthy. They are considered junk food. High in carbohydrates but low in fiber, vitamins and minerals.

ramen is a treat now and then but a very bad foundation for a diet. A lot of young people seem to live on ramen (due to its affordable cost) but the sodium in the flavor pack is through the roof, and the noodles themselves are just white flour and water. Where's the nutrition in that?

heck yes he is!!! MMmmmMMMmmmMMmm!!! it tastes soooo good!!!! especially at like 2 o' clock in the morning when you are starving and all the leftover pizza is gone!!! my fav flavour is the chile kind!!1 mMMmmmM!!! sooo good!!

I used to live off of ramen but the way the economy is looks like ramen is coming back!
