Is the realestate better in washington?

I live in california and love washington state, so I was wondering if its better for a realtor to live in WA or in CA business wise

I would say Washington, due to current market conditions.

If you are a realtor, you should have connections or a client base in CA already. Building a new one in Washington would be hard. Although WA hasn't had the slump that other places have, the market is still incredibly slow and it's not a great time to be in the business.
