Is the revolution kneeboard a good beginner kneeboard and a good advanced kneeboard?

I just got the revolution kneeboard with the hydro hook and was wondering if it is truly a good kneeboard for all type of skill levels. Is it good for choppy water?

You have a Hydroslide Revolution! Nice! :D Basically any board with a Hydro Hook is suitible for beginners because it gets you up and riding quickly and easily. It's great for advanced boarders too because you get lots of POP!! The KAOS is probably the best advanced board, but it doesn't come with a hydro hook.
