Question:

Is the ridiculous "Palin covers for daughter" rumor a good thing in a backhanded way?

Today we have the ridiculous nonsense that Sarah Palin covered for her pregnant daughter. This is vicious, ridiculous pile of garbage of course, but if you think about it it might be a good thing. If this is the what the bitter, angry, defeatist, depressed left comes up with on day two, doesn't that indicate their powder is really quite dry with respect to smear jobs? Just trying to find a silver lining in this dark cloud of despicable leftist behavior.

  1. How do you know it's false?  It's possible until disproven. Daughter looked a little preggers to ME.  And mothers pretending daughter's b*****d is hers is the old-fashioned conservative way to cover up illicit pregnancy.

  2. No, vicious rumors are never a good thing.

  3. You know, I'm starting to believe this rumor.  And the only reason I am leaning towards this point of view is due to the fact that every time I see a thread online with a photo of Palin during her pregnancy, that photo is deleted minutes after being posted.  A mention of the controversy on her wikipedia page was deleted less than an hour ago, while I was viewing the page.  If it's so outrageous and untrue, why this widespread effort to delete any mention of it?  If it's just ugly and baseless rumormongering, why not 1. counter it with facts and 2. let the rumors continue as examples of a dishonest and hateful smear campaign by her opposition?

Methinks they doth protest too little, and delete too much.

  4. wow, our education systyem has failed us...

our founding fathers would be ashamed.

  5. Yes they are ruthless. But it really doesn't matter. Think about it. Obama threw Hillary under the bus. And Obama supports killing a child with Downs Syndrome, that survives a late term Abortion. Now Sarah Palin shows up, a woman, with a Downs Syndrome child. I know God is truly at work here. He is speaking loud and clear, and he wants Obama to know that he will reward the Mother, and never the Baby Killer. Democrat for McCain/Palin.
