Like physically hurting other people, and a lot of anger issues.

I heard mixed state is when you have the highest risk of hurting yourself, right?

I know dysphoric mania is NOT the same as a mixed state episode.

BTW if anyone cares i am bipolar 1.

  1. I don't know how you would put a figure on the risk of hurting others. Mania obviously is when a person has more of a chance of interacting with others as in depressive episodes one is turned inward and more docile. Depressive episodes in my opinion is when there is the greatest risk of suicide. Depression can kill one.
