Is the school GSA a good place to hook up?

My friend says thatif i want to find a boyfriend, i should try the school GSA club.

I took a peek in there the other day and i saw some kids in there, none of them appealed though. I signed up anyways. Im goin to my first meeting tommorow. I have no idea what they are gonna do there. I dont know what happens at GSAs. But in Highschool, how did u find someone. Did u just talk to them up in person in the hallway, or did someone hook u on a blind date or somethin else?

I am in my schools GSA, and no one appealed to me there, but usually clubs like that organize field trips with other schools, and you can meet someone that way, perhaps at a dance or something. ;)

I'm sure it's a great place to meet people, but I wouldn't just go to hookup.

a GSA is a place for the GLBTS people go and meet other GLBTS and talk about issues and make friends. Eventually you might find someone who's right for you but I wouldn't go there to be a promiscuous LGBT...

If you're looking for friendships, GSA is definitely a great place to get started, especially if you have just come out or are in the process of finding who you are. Still, if you wanna hookup, I think that will come with the friendships you make that eventually could develop into something more! Just keep your options open and get involved in as much LGBT activities as you can! Trust me, its worth it!
