I think you should try eating it. Try to know if it taste good or bad. Lol. Just kidding.

My uncle who’s a seaman eats shark about twice a year and he said it’s pretty good to eat. But for me I don’t like it for it’s too yucky and it eats dead people, fishes and many bad substances! Who knows, maybe they have eaten a dead people with many diseases. LOL. But I think it’s pretty right!

Not bad, especially if prepared with pineapple, IMHO. The drawback is the difficulty of cutting through and removing the skin.

Shark meat is delicious.  You can have a large steak with no fear of bones and the hassle of dealing with them, because, sharks have no bones.  It tastes better than Halibut.
