Is the sims 2 apartment life any good?

Now it looks good, but I haven't heard any reviews. What I want to know is if it adds enough new fun aspects to the game. Are there a lot of new objects,hair,clothes,interactions etc. Is the witches/warlocks aspect fun and good. I need to know if it's wortht the $30.00 i'm gonna shell out for it. Not too many job oppurtunities for a 15 year old plus my town has no need for babysitters and I am very frugal with my money. Is it worth it?

I'm playing the game right now because I brought it yesterday! It is a great game and adds a lot to your original game. It's a lot of fun and I'm glad that I purchased it. I'll list a few points that you'll enjoy.

- There are so many new clothes for your Sims! Some of them are more fashionable than others but there are plenty to choose from!

- Your Sims can now become witches and warlocks! This feature is reminiscent of the old game, The Sims: Making Magic. I haven't played any of the witch or wizard families yet but I do know that there is a choice of good magic, neutral magic and evil magic with new dresses, hats and green skin. You get broomsticks, cauldrons and you can actually fly to work on a broomstick!

- New hairstyles. The hair for the women isn't too impressive, but I like the stylish collection of men's hats!

- A new neighborhood called Belladonna Cove (named after the infamous Bella Goth) comes with the game. There is a low-class part of town with trashy trailers and small apartments; a middle-class part with friendly neighbors and nice apartments; and an upper-class part of town with huge houses, huge apartments and helicopters!

- Instead of just cars, you can now purchase helicopters for your Sims. Talk about classy!

- New interactions including Suck Face, Dance Kiss, Earthy Hug, Tough Handshake, Kiss Kiss Darling and High Five!

- Children have parks on their apartment lots with slides, climbing frames, rocking horses etc!

- New music! There are no new genres (rock, pop, hip hop) but there are plenty of new songs including a song called Sweet About Me that was really popular in England a few weeks ago!

- Plenty of new furniture including an enormous television, snacks & drinks machines, fold-up beds and so much more!

Okay, I'm not going to tell you too much about the game because if you purchase it, I would have spoilt some of the surprises for you and I don't want to do that! I must be off now; I'm moving my Chinese Sim family (The Chungs) into their brand new apartment. I hope you have lots of fun with the new expansion pack because it's fantastic and really enjoyable. It seems like it would be fun but it has SecuRom and I'd rather not take the gamble of installing it on the computer.  The computer stopped running games anyways... right after I ordered Nightlife from Amazon. :[
