I was wondering because i know that we are roughly 93 million miles from the sun and they mention the word "sun" in the song...i was just wondering if the song was based on that.

Well, 93 million miles IS approximately the average distance from Earth to Sun, and the lyrics do include the phrase "selling the secrets to the sun." Other than that your guess is as good as mine.
